10x10 set up for related crafts, pre-packaged food and drink items that you can sell from your booth. Vendors provide their own tents, tables and whatever else is needed.
Please read the following:
- I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2023 Smoke & Sounds BBQ Festival at my own risk and hereby release Smoke & Sounds BBQ Festival, Partners4People, Debbie Keaney, Tim Keaney and the Fieldhouse at the Crossover, from any liability arising from this event or the use of Fieldhouse premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my participation in the event. Such indemnity adhere to the Rules and Regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined online.
- In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking. I agree to not parking in the main tent area inside the Fieldhouse. Should I choose to park in these spaces, my car may be towed at my expense. Smoke & Sounds nor the Fieldhouse and/or its staff are not responsible as I have been advised per this agreement.
- I understand there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation and/or inclement weather. Once my participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable.
